You can call me D. Makoto, born and raised in Dallas, TX. I started Texan Emperor with the intention of sharing my love for Hip-Hop, fashion, sports, Japanese culture, and of course Texas. The name Texan Emperor itself, in part, comes from Black Emperor, an old Japanese Bosozoku gang known for its large number of loud and outlandish cars, bikes, and attitudes. Texan Emperor represents the seamless fusion between Hip-Hop and Japanese culture, and it's my goal to create the future while living in the past!
Currently what you’ll find on the site are my blogs and editorials. You can also follow me on Instagram @texan_emperor where you’ll see more of my collection, including fitted hats, jerseys, and sneakers. Thanks for the love and support! Stay sugoi, Mina-San!
